Islanders won't allow any unvaccinated players this season, GM says

New York Islanders general supervisor Lou Lamoriello claimed he will not allow any kind of unvaccinated gamers on his team, including that a small leaguer who rejected to obtain immunized will be appointed to another organization.

Lamoriello talked to reporters in advance of the start of training school on Tuesday. He said while the choice to get immunized is totally voluntary, gamers on his team will certainly need to obtain the vaccination.

The NHL is not mandating that gamers get immunized however is allowing teams to put on hold unvaccinated players without pay when they are not available to take part.

Lamoriello did not claim which minor leaguer declined the injection but stated the team is intending to move him.
